In order to take a further look at any issues you experience with the timr iPhone app we will need your diagnose info.
If our support team has asked you to provide more details you can send us this info following these steps:
1. Open the timr app on your iPhone and tap on "... More" on the bottom right side.
2. Choose "About".
3. Press on the troii logo and wait some seconds until the diagnose mode is enabled. You'll notice that further options are now displayed.
4. Now choose "Send diagnose info".
5. Afterwards please send us a short mail at email@example.com communicating that you have sent the diagnose infos.
