1. Mileage tracking in real-time

Marker 1: Choose a car.
Marker 2: If you're authorized you can edit the Start Date and the Start Time. timr automatically suggests the current time but you can adjust the Start Date and Time.

Marker 4: You can enter a route, like for example London-Birmingham.
Marker 5: You can add a purpose, for example Customer Meeting.
Marker 6: You can add whom you've visited, for example Delta Inc, Mr. Doe.
Marker 7: You can define if it is a business trip.
Marker 8: Press "Start" to start timr mileage recording.
Marker 9: You can add with one touch a Drive Log entry.
1.2. Stop the Drive Log
This is an example for a running mileage recording. You can pause, stop or delete this recording by pressing on it.
Marker 1: The car can't be changed.
Marker 2: If you are authorized to, you can edit the Start/End Date and Time before you Stop the running recording.
Marker 3: You can edit the start mileage.
Marker 4: You can insert the end mileage.
Marker 5: You edit your route, like: Munich - Vienna. If you press on "Add Current Position", timr inserts your current position.
Marker 6: You can add a "Purpose", for example: Meeting with Costumer.
Marker 7: You can define which person/company/... you've visited, for example: Delta Inc, Mr. Doe
Marker 8: You can define if the trip was a business trip.
Marker 9: When you click "Stop" the mileage tracking will be stopped.
Marker 10: You can delete the ongoing drive log record.
Marker 11: You can add with one touch a Drive Log entry.
2. Add drive log records at a later time
If you have the permission to do this, you can add records later on in the timr App. You can do this via the + symbol in the recording menus.
